THGE Ventures is built on over two decades of experience in emerging technologies, guided by the expertise of world-class innovators, consultants, mentors, advisors, and global thought leaders in ethical technology and innovation, who work at the cutting edge of frontier technologies.

We are privileged to have a former Cyber Crime and Intelligence Officer, as well as Chairs and Co-Chairs of IEEE’s Trustworthy Technology for Children and AI-Driven Innovations for Cities and People Industry Programs, within our advisory. Our Consultants are leaders of industry at the forefront of technology, innovation, and humanitarian initiatives, leading global collaborations, including frontier technologies projects with the Vatican, partnerships with Technology Executives, Global Innovation Catalyst, and a founder of the United Nations “AI for Good” Program.

This foundation of expertise, trust, ethics, and innovation shapes everything we do — ensuring every THGE initiative aligns technology with humanity.

Our story began 25+ years ago — with a humanitarian mission led by two dedicated doctors, Dr. Stephen Tabe and Dr. Rosa Jimenez Tabe. This journey began in Eldorado, Arkansas, U.S.A., spanned from Ouachita County Medical Center in Arkansas to communities across North America, Africa, and the Dominican Republic, creating impact. Together, they delivered more than medical care to thousands — offering innovative approaches in medical education, health, and hope to many. Their quiet, powerful ethos of impact through medical innovation and service inspired the inception of THGE Ventures.

Today, that legacy continues through our regenerative futures enterprise, fueled by a deep commitment to businesses and communities, creating ethical, sustainable, and tech-enabled solutions for our partners.

THGE (The Human-Good Ethos)

The Human Good Ethos — is a philosophical and ethical mindset within technology-driven paradigms that pursues humanity's interest as a core foundational compass for progress. It encompasses actions, principles, values, and practices that prioritize community advocacy, public and private sector engagements as necessary pathways for advancing community and human interest while fostering mutually beneficial relations with businesses, the environment, and technology. This entails creating awareness, promoting impact initiatives, products, and services that support collaborative problem-solving for current and future challenges.

Our Socratic Oath

Socrates' famous phrase, often paraphrased as "All I know is that I know nothing," reflects his approach to wisdom, knowledge and problem solving. He explains that true wisdom, acquiring knowledge and finding answers comes from recognizing that we don’t know everything, thus with endless research and evolution is vital. This encapsulates the essence of The Human-Good Ethos's (THGE) commitment to the lifelong pursuit of vital research and exploration of emerging solutions, creating and providing regenerative tools to mitigate some of the world’s most difficult challenges.

This mindset acknowledges that true accomplishment lies in recognizing the limits of one’s knowledge, which in turn fuels curiosity, adaptability, innovation, and our collective imagination in meeting these challenges.
